Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that highlight Reality AI Lab’s open-source AI tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding our users’ needs, crafting compelling product messaging, and managing go-to-market strategies to engage a global audience of educators, learners, and contributors. This role is ideal for someone with experience in product marketing who is passionate about promoting open-source innovation in the AI and educational technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and User Insights: Conduct market research to understand the needs, challenges, and motivations of our target audience, including educators, students, and contributors. Gather insights to shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop Product Messaging: Create clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value and impact of Reality AI Lab's tools, emphasizing their benefits in education and career development.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, ensuring alignment with Reality AI Lab's mission and goals. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful launches.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and oversee marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and social media updates, to engage and educate the community about product features and benefits.
  • Community and Contributor Engagement: Partner with community managers to build strategies for engaging contributors and users, encouraging adoption, and gathering feedback on product experiences.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing metrics, including user engagement, feature adoption, and community growth, to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing: Background in product marketing, brand management, or a related role, ideally within technology or open-source communities.
  • Strong Communication and Storytelling Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market research, user data, and campaign metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize future efforts.
  • Project Management and Organization: Proficient in managing multiple projects and cross-functional activities, with a talent for organizing and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Familiarity with Open-Source Culture: Understanding of open-source community dynamics and a commitment to supporting user-driven growth and innovation.
  • Passion for Education and Technology: Interest in advancing education and career development through open-source AI tools and a desire to create meaningful impact.
