Role Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Ops Manager to oversee the deployment, infrastructure management, and operational workflows of our Generative AI models. This role involves managing the technical infrastructure that powers Reality AI Lab's AI tools, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth deployments. This position is ideal for someone with experience in AI operations, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps, who is passionate about operational efficiency in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment and Integration Management: Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and services, as well as seamless functionality during updates.
- Infrastructure Coordination: Manage and optimize the cloud infrastructure, including resources such as servers, storage, and networking, to support AI model operations efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Workflow and Process Optimization: Design and streamline operational workflows to improve deployment speed, reduce latency, and enhance the scalability of our AI tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and monitoring teams to ensure that AI operational requirements align with organizational objectives and technical capabilities.
- Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Implement tracking mechanisms to assess operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine infrastructure and processes to meet reliability standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of operational procedures, deployment logs, and infrastructure updates, and regularly report insights and improvements to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in AI Operations or DevOps: Background in AI operations, cloud infrastructure management, or DevOps, with experience in deploying and managing machine learning or Generative AI models.
- Technical Proficiency with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform for managing and optimizing infrastructure.
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in optimizing workflows and resolving technical challenges, with a focus on reducing operational complexity and enhancing system efficiency.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to achieve aligned goals and support AI deployment needs.
- Documentation and Process Orientation: Ability to document operational procedures, manage deployment records, and share insights to inform ongoing improvements.
- Commitment to Scalability and Reliability: Passion for creating scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports the continuous operation of AI-driven tools for educational impact.
