Role Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Training Manager to develop, implement, and manage training programs for educators, contributors, and community members engaging with Reality AI Lab's Generative AI tools. This role involves designing training resources, conducting workshops, and supporting users in understanding and applying Generative AI effectively. This position is ideal for someone with experience in instructional design, AI training, or educational technology, who is passionate about enhancing knowledge and skills in the field of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Design and implement training programs that teach educators and users how to use Generative AI tools, covering both technical functionality and best practices for educational use.
- Workshop and Seminar Facilitation: Conduct live and virtual workshops, webinars, and seminars to train users in using Marvel AI and Sky AI effectively and responsibly.
- Resource Creation and Management: Develop instructional materials, including guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and online modules, to support independent learning and long-term skill development.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to identify knowledge gaps and refine training materials, ensuring they remain relevant, practical, and effective.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and data scientists to stay informed of updates to the AI tools, integrating new features into the training materials.
- Monitoring Learning Outcomes: Track the progress of participants, evaluate learning outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the training program.
Requirements
- Experience in Training or Instructional Design: Background in instructional design, training, or education, preferably with experience in AI, machine learning, or educational technology.
- Strong Presentation and Facilitation Skills: Skilled in delivering engaging, informative training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences, including educators and contributors.
- Content Development Expertise: Proficient in creating learning materials in various formats (e.g., guides, tutorials, online modules) tailored to different user needs and learning styles.
- Analytical and Feedback-Oriented: Ability to gather and analyze participant feedback and assessment data to continuously improve training materials and methods.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical teams to stay updated on AI tool capabilities.
- Commitment to Educational Impact: Passionate about enhancing user understanding of Generative AI to empower educators and learners, fostering responsible and impactful usage.
