Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Product Strategy Manager to drive the strategic vision and direction of our AI-powered products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, refine product positioning, and develop strategic goals that align with Reality AI Lab’s mission. This role is ideal for those experienced in product strategy, particularly in the AI and open-source domains, with a passion for creating impactful, user-centered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision and Roadmapping: Define and communicate a clear, long-term product vision for AI tools, setting strategic goals that align with educational and career-focused objectives.
- Market and User Research: Conduct ongoing research on educational and AI trends to identify new opportunities, refine target audience needs, and position products effectively within the education and career development sectors.
- Product Positioning and Value Proposition: Develop and articulate the unique value propositions of Marvel AI, Sky AI, and other Reality AI Lab projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, engineering, and design teams to ensure strategic goals are reflected in project roadmaps and development priorities.
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with open-source contributors, users, and external partners to gather insights, validate product strategies, and foster a community-driven approach to development.
- Performance Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments: Analyze product performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Strategic Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product strategy, ideally within AI, EdTech, or open-source environments, with a focus on defining and executing long-term strategic plans.
- AI and Market Knowledge: Understanding of AI applications, especially generative AI, and knowledge of trends in the education and career development sectors.
- Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct user and market research, synthesize data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate vision, strategy, and product value propositions to a variety of stakeholders and open-source community members.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, remote environment, with the ability to align multiple disciplines towards a shared goal.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategy based on performance metrics and community feedback.

Oversee data privacy and compliance for Marvel AI, ensuring adherence to regulations and protecting user data in educational settings.
Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of Generative AI models, ensuring stable and consistent functionality for users.
Manage deployment, infrastructure, and workflows for Generative AI models, ensuring efficient and scalable operations for AI tools.
Ensure the ethical, safe, and compliant use of Generative AI models, focusing on mitigating risks and fostering responsible AI practices.
Develop training programs to teach users and contributors how to effectively and responsibly use Generative AI tools in education.
Lead the evaluation of Generative AI models, assessing accuracy and quality to ensure they meet educational and user-focused standards.
Oversee cybersecurity for open-source AI tools, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and protection against vulnerabilities.
Lead data governance for open-source AI projects, ensuring quality, privacy, and compliance with relevant standards.
Manage QA processes for AI tools, ensuring reliability and usability through rigorous testing and quality assurance strategies.
