Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Educational Content Factuality Manager to ensure that all information generated or recommended by Marvel AI is accurate, credible, and unbiased. This role involves verifying the factual integrity of AI-generated content, implementing processes for content validation, and collaborating with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date, reliable educational resources. This position is ideal for someone with experience in educational content review, research validation, or quality assurance, who is passionate about accuracy and credibility in AI-driven education.

Key Responsibilities

• Fact-Checking and Content Verification: Review and validate AI-generated content to confirm accuracy, clarity, and factual integrity, ensuring alignment with recognized sources and standards.
• Source Validation: Implement processes to ensure that Marvel AI references credible and reputable sources, especially in rapidly evolving fields or sensitive subject areas.
• Bias Detection and Neutrality Assurance: Regularly assess content for potential bias and implement measures to maintain objective, balanced information suitable for educational use.
• Continuous Monitoring and Updates: Establish procedures to monitor and update content regularly, particularly in subjects where information can change (e.g., science, current events), to ensure Marvel AI provides the most current and accurate information.
• Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with educators, researchers, and subject matter experts to validate and enhance the accuracy and depth of Marvel AI’s educational content.
• Feedback Collection and Content Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders on content accuracy and make data-driven adjustments to improve reliability and user trust.

Requirements

• Experience in Content Review or Research Validation: Background in content review, fact-checking, research validation, or educational quality assurance, with an emphasis on accuracy and reliability.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or potential biases in content.
• Familiarity with Educational Standards: Understanding of educational content standards, ensuring AI-generated content aligns with curriculum requirements and educational integrity.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking: Skilled in evaluating content sources, assessing credibility, and making data-driven recommendations to improve accuracy.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work with educators, developers, and content creators, articulating the importance of factual accuracy and content credibility.
• Commitment to Ethical Standards: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI content creation, with a dedication to promoting accurate, unbiased, and inclusive educational resources.
