Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead strategic relationships with corporate partners who support our open-source mission. In this role, you’ll identify high-potential partnership opportunities, create custom engagement plans, and manage end-to-end partner relations to secure resources that enable Reality AI Lab's growth and sustainability. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in business development, partnership management, or corporate relations, who is experienced in structuring mutually beneficial partnerships with a focus on long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Proactively identify and pursue partnerships with corporations aligned with Reality AI Lab's mission in AI, education, and open-source development.
• Develop Tailored Partnership Proposals: Create and pitch partnership proposals that demonstrate unique value propositions for each potential partner, aligning their objectives with Reality AI Lab's goals and impact.
• Manage Relationship Lifecycles: Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate relationships, from initial outreach to onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement, ensuring each partner remains invested in Reality AI Lab's mission.
• Secure Funding and Resources: Collaborate with partners to secure funding, technical support, and in-kind contributions that further Reality AI Lab's initiatives and benefit the contributor community.
• Track and Measure Partnership Impact: Establish KPIs for each partnership, track outcomes, and ensure delivery on commitments. Prepare and present regular impact reports to partners, showcasing achievements and ROI.
• Enhance Partner Visibility: Promote corporate partnerships through Reality AI Lab's media channels, events, and other platforms to highlight contributions and increase project visibility within the industry.
• Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including project leads and marketing, to align partnership goals with Reality AI Lab's broader strategy and ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• Experience in Partnerships or Business Development: 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising, ideally within open-source, non-profit, or technology-driven organizations.
• Advanced Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting Reality AI Lab's mission persuasively and negotiating long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify partnership synergies, develop win-win proposals, and strategically align corporate objectives with Reality AI Lab's goals.
• Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficient in setting and tracking partnership KPIs, with experience preparing impact reports that demonstrate partnership value and ROI.
• Organizational Abilities: Skilled at managing multiple complex partnerships, ensuring alignment with project goals, and following up on partnership commitments.
• Understanding of Open-Source Culture: Familiarity with open-source principles and challenges, with a commitment to supporting community-driven projects through corporate partnerships.
