Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Educational Content Alignment Manager to lead the integration of generative AI tools into educational content, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and enhancing learning outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with educators to develop and refine AI-generated resources, train teachers in effective AI usage, and maintain the quality of educational content. This role is ideal for someone with experience in educational content creation, instructional design, or AI in education who is passionate about leveraging technology to support teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Integration: Collaborate with educators to align AI-generated content with existing curricula, ensuring it meets educational standards and supports learning objectives.
- Teacher Training and Support: Design and deliver training sessions for educators on the use of generative AI tools in the classroom, providing ongoing support to ensure effective implementation.
- Content Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with educational goals. Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance the quality of resources.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on advancements in generative AI and educational technology. Collaborate with AI developers to suggest new features or improvements based on educator and student needs.
- Ethical Standards and Inclusivity: Ensure AI-generated content is ethical, inclusive, and free of bias. Educate educators and students on the responsible use of AI in education.
Requirements
- Experience in Educational Content or Instructional Design: Background in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation, ideally with a focus on technology integration.
- Familiarity with Generative AI Tools: Understanding of generative AI applications in education and a commitment to leveraging these tools effectively in classroom settings.
- Communication and Training Skills: Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts clearly to educators and support them through training and implementation.
- Quality Assurance Abilities: Ability to review, evaluate, and improve educational content, ensuring it aligns with standards and meets student learning needs.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Skilled at assessing the impact of AI-generated content on educational outcomes and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Commitment to Ethical Standards: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI, with a focus on creating inclusive, bias-free educational content.
