Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Education Quality Manager to oversee the quality, accuracy, and alignment of Marvel AI’s educational content. In this role, you’ll work to ensure that Marvel AI consistently delivers high-quality, effective educational experiences for teachers and students. You will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, reviewing AI-generated content, and collaborating with educators to meet curriculum and pedagogical standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience in educational quality assurance, curriculum alignment, or instructional design, who is passionate about enhancing education through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards for Marvel AI’s educational content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum requirements.
• Content Review and Validation: Regularly review AI-generated content to ensure it meets educational standards, enhances learning outcomes, and addresses the specific needs of diverse student populations.
• Collaborate with Educators and Subject Experts: Work closely with teachers and subject matter experts to align Marvel AI’s outputs with pedagogical standards and curriculum goals, ensuring educational relevance and depth.
• Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Implement mechanisms for gathering feedback from teachers and students, using insights to refine Marvel AI’s content quality and effectiveness.
• Ethical Standards and Bias Prevention: Ensure that Marvel AI’s content upholds ethical standards, promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and avoiding biases. Educate contributors and users on the responsible use of AI in educational contexts.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user engagement data and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of Marvel AI’s educational content and recommend improvements based on findings.

Requirements

• Experience in Education Quality Assurance or Instructional Design: Background in quality assurance, curriculum development, or instructional design, preferably within educational technology or AI.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate educational content, analyze feedback data, and make evidence-based recommendations to improve quality and alignment.
• Familiarity with Educational Standards: Knowledge of curriculum standards, pedagogy, and best practices in K-12 or higher education, with a commitment to aligning AI content with these standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring quality goals are met across all content.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with an ability to detect and correct inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or biases in content.
• Commitment to Ethical and Inclusive Education: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI and a dedication to promoting inclusive, accessible, and bias-free content in educational settings.
