Role Overview

As the Co-Founder & Senior AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and scaling Reality AI’s groundbreaking Reality AI Workforce. You’ll work closely with the Co-Founder & Head of Artificial Intelligence to design, implement, and optimize advanced AI systems that power our human-like digital co-workers. This is a hands-on technical role that involves building cutting-edge generative AI solutions, crafting innovative machine learning architectures, and contributing to the success of both open-source and proprietary AI Workers.

This position is equity-based and part-time until Pre-Seed/Seed funding is secured.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development: Design and build advanced generative AI models, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent systems.
• Multimodal AI: Implement and optimize multimodal AI systems to enhance adaptability and decision-making capabilities.
• Scalable Applications: Develop AI systems that are scalable, reliable, and optimized for real-world deployment across education and enterprise solutions.
• AI Tool Integration: Work with cutting-edge tools and models like OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini, Meta Llama 3, and Mistral to enhance the performance of Reality AI’s digital co-workers.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Head of AI, software engineers, product designers, and other co-founders to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.
• Prototyping and Experimentation: Rapidly prototype and iterate AI models and architectures to meet evolving product requirements.
• Open-Source Contributions: Actively contribute to Reality AI’s open-source projects (e.g., Marvel AI, Sky AI), fostering collaboration and community growth.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, experimenting with new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

• AI Expertise: Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning and generative AI models, with a track record of impactful projects.
• Proficiency with Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, multi-agent systems, and multimodal AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with State-of-the-Art Tools: Working knowledge of tools and platforms such as OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini, Meta Llama 3, and Mistral.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Scalable Systems: Demonstrated success in building scalable, real-world AI applications.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to solving technical challenges in AI.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative startup environment and communicate complex ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred but not required).
