Role Overview
As the Co-Founder & Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of B2C and B2B omni-channel marketing campaigns for Reality AI. Your mission is to build a globally recognized brand that resonates with audiences in education, edtech, and AI. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across diverse channels while shaping our messaging and positioning to communicate the transformative potential of our Reality AI Workforce.
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead both creative and performance-driven marketing strategies for a rapidly growing AI startup. This position is equity-based and part-time until Pre-Seed/Seed funding is secured.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B audiences, focusing on education, edtech, and enterprise training markets.
- Brand Building: Establish and grow Reality AI as a trusted and innovative brand within the AI, education, and enterprise training spaces.
- Omni-Channel Marketing: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital (social media, search, email, content), traditional (PR, partnerships), and experimental channels.
- Content Marketing: Create compelling, thought-leadership-driven content that positions Reality AI as an authority in education and AI-driven workforce development.
- Demand Generation: Drive awareness and lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, webinars, events, and partnerships.
- Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to deeply understand and segment our audience to deliver personalized and impactful marketing messages.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Work with strategic partners in the education, AI, and enterprise training industries to co-create marketing initiatives and increase visibility.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across all channels to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
- Team Building: Plan for and build a high-performing marketing team as the company scales, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Marketing Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in leading omni-channel marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, with a proven track record in brand building and demand generation.
- Expertise in Education and AI: Deep understanding of marketing in the education, edtech, or AI industries.
- Brand-Building Skills: Demonstrated success in crafting compelling brand narratives and building a strong, recognizable brand.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Performance Marketing: Proficiency in running data-driven marketing campaigns and optimizing for customer acquisition and retention.
- Creative and Analytical Mindset: A balance of creativity and analytical thinking to execute campaigns that are both visually impactful and performance-focused.
- Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
- Data and Analytics: Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
