Role Overview

As the Co-Founder & Head of Artificial Intelligence, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing Reality AI's innovative Reality AI Workforce, comprising both open-source and proprietary AI Workers. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of AI in education and enterprise training. You will oversee the development of state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, with a focus on building adaptive, human-like digital co-workers that revolutionize learning and development.

This position is equity-based and part-time until Pre-Seed/Seed funding is secured.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Visionary Leadership: Define and execute the strategic direction for AI development, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge and industry-leading.
• AI Development and Innovation: Lead the design and deployment of advanced generative AI models, leveraging frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and multimodal AI.
• Scalable AI Applications: Build and deploy AI applications at scale, ensuring high performance, reliability, and seamless integration into our Reality AI Workforce.
• Expert Knowledge of Leading AI Technologies: Utilize OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini, Meta Llama 3, Mistral, and other state-of-the-art AI tools to drive innovation.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a world-class team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with other co-founders (e.g., Product, Marketing, Software Engineering) to integrate AI seamlessly into product design and user experience.
• Open-Source Contributions: Drive the development of our open-source AI Workers, building a vibrant developer and user community.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of emerging AI advancements, exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Visionary Leadership: Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with a track record of success in leading innovative projects.
• Academic Excellence: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
• Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in building and deploying large-scale AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, RAG, multi-agent systems, and multimodal AI.
• Hands-On Knowledge of AI Tools: Experience with cutting-edge platforms such as OpenAI APIs, Google Gemini, Meta Llama 3, and Mistral.
• Industry Impact: Demonstrated success in developing scalable AI systems that deliver measurable impact in real-world applications.
• Leadership Experience: Strong ability to recruit, manage, and inspire technical teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Problem Solving: A creative thinker who can tackle complex AI challenges in education and enterprise training.
