Role Overview

As the Co-Founder & Head of Learning Experience, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of transformative learning experiences that align with Reality AI’s mission to redefine education and workforce training. You’ll collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to ensure the pedagogical soundness, engagement, and effectiveness of our Reality AI Workforce solutions.

This is an ideal role for an experienced leader with a strong background in edtech, higher education, bootcamps, and learning innovation. You will bring your expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and instructional methodologies to shape Reality AI’s learning frameworks. This position is equity-based and part-time until Pre-Seed/Seed funding is secured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy Leadership: Develop and oversee the learning experience strategy for both educational and enterprise training use cases.
  • Pedagogical Innovation: Apply best practices in pedagogy, instructional design, and learning sciences to develop AI-powered learning experiences that are engaging, adaptive, and outcomes-driven.
  • Curriculum Design: Create and implement scalable, modular, and effective learning frameworks tailored to diverse learners across schools, universities, bootcamps, and corporate environments.
  • AI-Enhanced Learning: Collaborate with AI and product teams to design personalized, adaptive, and data-driven learning experiences powered by the Reality AI Workforce.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct research on learner behaviors and needs to design experiences that are impactful and intuitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align learning objectives with business and product goals.
  • Learning Technology Expertise: Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, gamification, and multimedia content to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Assessment and Metrics: Define learning outcomes and design assessments to measure the effectiveness of AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Reality AI at industry events, panels, and thought leadership forums to establish the company as an innovator in edtech and AI learning solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Edtech and Learning Design: Extensive experience leading learning design and strategy at edtech companies, bootcamps, universities, or similar organizations.
  • Pedagogical Expertise: Deep knowledge of learning sciences, pedagogy, and instructional design, with a proven ability to apply these principles in technology-driven environments.
  • Curriculum Development: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing curricula for higher education, corporate training, or other learning environments.
  • Learning Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), adaptive learning platforms, and tools that enhance engagement and outcomes.
  • AI Learning Integration: Experience working with AI tools to create personalized and scalable learning experiences.
  • Research and Analytics: Strong analytical skills to assess learner needs, monitor progress, and evaluate the success of learning programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead a learning experience team in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
